As President and Interim CEO of Pegasus Group Holdings and Plus Minus Power, Dan Briggs brings a wealth of experience from both the public and private sectors. Dan founded Plus Minus Power following his ascension to President of DC Solar. His rise at DC Solar followed his success as the Company’s Vice President of Corporate Development, where he oversaw the expansion of DC Solar into vital markets. Dan previously had a successful 8-year tenure at MGM Resorts International, where he acted as the Executive Director of National Marketing.
In addition to his successes in the private sector, Dan’s career also has firm roots in public policy and advocacy. Dan was a key member of the advance team of President George W. Bush during the first US and Russia Summit held in St. Petersburg, Russia. Dan then oversaw campaigns on behalf of the Governor of California for the Office of Member Services, and after relocating to Nevada, Dan was a Founding Member of the Las Vegas World Affairs Council. Dan studied law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Russian Studies at Stanford University, and International Business / Political Science at Pepperdine University.

Prior to joining Plus Minus Power as COO, Jeff served as Vice President of Business Development for ISM Connect, a digital media and technology company that acquired Ingenuity Sun Media (ISM), where he served as President. At ISM, Jeff acquired the exclusive digital rights at all NASCAR tracks and brokered the ISM Raceway deal along with many others. In the years leading up to ISM, Jeff was a partner and CIO of Contour Data Solutions, a cloud service provider and reseller. Prior to Contour, he managed the end-user support team, SQL and Oracle database team, Systems and Network Administration, Data Center, and Internal Application Development for Uniform Code Council (GS1 US ).
Before GS1 US, Jeff worked at GE Information Services for five years, eventually becoming Senior Director of Operations. At GE, he was involved in the project management and roll-outs of customer electronic data interchanges (EDIs). Jeff began his IT career at Responsibility Systems USA, where, as the Director of Operations, he ran everything from the billing, management and alarm systems to the end-user support team. Jeff also managed the acquisition of large government-agency based contracts and the subsequent roll-out of technology to end users.

As Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Plus Minus Power, Mike brings extensive industry and academic experience to lead the technology side of Pegasus Group Holdings. Mike previously served as the CTO of DC Solar, where he was responsible for new product development. Before joining DC Solar, Mike served as both CTO and COO at Rechargeable Power Energy, where he grew the company by providing a bridge between US demand for lithium batteries and key battery suppliers in China. Mike also has five years of professional experience in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as the equipment engineering manager for Texas Instruments.
Under his leadership, the company grew to over 5,000 employees and was producing over 15 million semi-conductor devices per month. Previously, Mike taught at the University of Phoenix for over 10 years where he earned Master Faculty recognition and served as the Area Chair for the University of Phoenix in Information Systems and Technology. Mike is US Navy trained in electronics and radar repair and Nuclear Power reactor electronics. His undergraduate degree is in Electronics and Business. He also holds a Master in Business Administration Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.

Alex McGhee is the Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder of Plus Minus Power. After joining DC Solar in 2016, he was responsible for launching the DC Solar brand onto the national stage. Coming from the world of professional sports management, Alex leveraged his relationships to orchestrate DC Solar's first foray into the world of NASCAR, where the company's brand exposure quickly translated to a host of new business ventures, including the nationwide deployment of DC Solar's key product, the Solar Eclipse generator.
Alex was also responsible for a groundbreaking collaboration with ISM Connect to develop the first network of "green" off-grid billboards. The endeavour represented a milestone in the application of mobile solar technology, as well as a new advertising business model. Prior to joining DC Solar, Alex worked with leading brands including Red Bull, MillerCoors, Redbox and Dollar General on sports and entertainment partnerships totaling over $50 million in value. In 2009, Alex received his MBA from University of North Carolina, and in 2001, he received his BS in Business Management from North Carolina State University.

Tony is the Chief Sales Officer and co-founder of Plus Minus Power. Over the past decade Tony has served as a senior sales and marketing executive for Fortune 500 companies and nationwide industry leaders in customer acquisition, retention and development. These companies include: MGM Resorts International, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Tao Group Hospitality, Cirque du Soleil and The Light Group.
Throughout his career, Tony has consistently led sales teams to understand the marketplace, develop unique sales strategies, create longstanding customer relationships, exceed budgets and drive revenues. Tony was twice named on the “30 under 30” list of the most successful executives in Las Vegas by Vegas Seven magazine.
