Jeffrey NicholasSenior Adviser
Jeff is a partner at Fox Rothschild, Washington, where he serves as general counsel to a wide range of clients, combining the broad legal experience and practical business knowledge of an effective business advisor. Jeff’s practice involves a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and seed, angel and venture capital financings. He also advises on securities reporting and disclosure, corporate governance and executive compensation. Outside of his career with Fox Rothschild, Jeff serves as Managing Director of Delaware Crossing Investor Group, an angel investor network.
Jeff also served on the Board of Directors from 2007 to 2008 for Delaware Valley Floral Group, a family-owned wholesale floral distributor, and was a member of the Board of Directors from 1998 to 2004 for Met-Pro Corporation, a NYSE listed company. Additionally, Jeff has served on the Board of Directors of a for-profit affiliate of Heritage Conservancy, which protects natural and historic resources. Prior to his legal career, Jeff practiced law for 5 years in New York.

Harry Reid is a highly experienced US politician, former Senate Majority leader and member of the U.S. House of Representatives.
Harry has expert knowledge of the energy production and renewable investment tax credit systems for solar energy in the US.
Before winning election to the Senate in 1986 to represent Nevada, Harry was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1982, where he served as one of only two representatives from Nevada. He was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives (1983–87), served as Democratic party whip (1999–2005), minority leader (2005–07; 2015–17), and majority leader (2007–15). Prior to entering national politics, Harry served as city attorney for Henderson (1964–66), Nevada’s lieutenant governor (1970–74), and Chairman of the Nevada Gaming Commission (1977–81).
